Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 05 MAR 2024 meetings were reviewed. Lance Wang moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:


AR review:
 - Lance will check with Tammy to see if they have a current list of licensees 
   for TSCHK2.
   no report. Randy has a file from 27 FEB but it's unclear where that list 
   came from.


New ARs:


Discussion:
a. TSCHK2.1.0 testing - Randy was not able to compile the program on Linux. He 
   got some guidance from Atul, but was still not able to compile. Randy asked 
   Atul to provide a compiled executable for Windows so that we can test the 
   latest code.

b. TSCHK2 open source request - Weston said that the first question to answer 
   is if the IBIS committee is willing to make any portion of the source code 
   open-source. This seems contrary to the idea of paid licenses that we have 
   now. The group does not have a decision or plan for now.
